H- 180SF The New Generation Single Facer from MICRO

	Platform with conveyor belts to carry the sheet.
	Separate motor to lift the platform automatically according to the sheet height.
	Sheet counter to count the sheets.

H-180SF is a blend of reliability and state-of-the-art technology. It is a robust High Speed Single Facer with a high rate of production efficiency. The Flute Rolls are fitted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. Brass fingers are provided with a single point setting. The specially designed gum unit is fitted with a gear motor to keep the Applicator Roller rotating while the gum unit is disengaged from the Flute Rolls. 2 pre-heaters are provided to preheat the liner paper for proper lamination. Steam shower is provided to pre-condition the fluted media paper for perfect formation of flutes (if steam is heated). This machine can operate on electricity as well as on steam heating.

MILL ROLL STAND
The mill roll stand consists of two cast iron side frames with a centre shaft. Two lifting arms are mounted on the centre shaft of the reel stand. Gear-box with a motor is provided on one of the frames of the mill roll stand and with the help of worm and worm gear, the lifting arms are operated with an up-down motion in order to lift the paper reel. The Mill Roll Stand can lift the paper reel up to 1500 mm dia.

FLUTE ROLLS
The flute rolls are made of alloy steel and are hardchrome-plated. The minutely finished flutes give perfect formation of flutes.

GUM UNIT
The gum unit consists of an applicator roller and a doctor roller with a fine adjustment to control the gum. A gum tray with stainless steel lining is provided with an outlet. Scraping arrangement is also provided on the applicator roller to adjust the gum according to the width of the fluted media paper.

CONTROL PANEL

Control panel for the Single Facer drive motor: The control panel controls the motor and the eddy current coupling which enables smooth stepless speed variation and control. Suitable for 415 volts - 3 phase - 50 Hz supply.
Heat Control Panel: heater control panel for automatic switching of the various heaters on the Single Facer. The temperature will be automatically maintained through the time switches, provided in the control panel for each heater.

(OPTIONAL: Digital temperature controller can also be provided for heater).
