Micro has now designed an exclusively high precision and robust type of  Single Facer. The flute rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth rolling and longer life. Minute finish give perfect impression on paper. 3 pre-heaters are provided for better performance. A steam shower is provided to pre-condition the fluting paper for perfect flute formation.The gum unit, fitted with a geared motor keeps the gum rollers rotating till gum unit is disengaged from the flute rollers. Self loading twin shafts reel stand is provided with three unwinding shafts; thereby saving time.
